Let’s get the formalities out of the way so we can get to the good part…

I kindly request that you read through my terms and conditions, policies and etiquette prior to making a booking. If there is anything else you would like to know that I haven’t covered here please reach out via text, email or my contact form.

Policies

Brisbane & surrounds: For incall requests, I require at least 24 hours notice to make hotel arrangements.
For outcall requests I require 4 hours notice, though more is always preferred to guarantee I will be available.

If I am hosting in the CBD or am on tour I can accomodate same day requests if I have the time slot available, however I also offer a discounted rate of $100p/h for gentlemen who pre book with a minimum 48 hours notice. If you are booking on the day I ask you pay the advertised rate.

Bookings

Please send through:
• Your name, age and a little introduction
• Type service you are wanting (GFE, PSE, XXX)
• Desired time frame of the booking
• Time and date of the appointment
• If it will be an incall/outcall and the location
• Your preferred deposit method
And any other questions or information you would like to know. The more detail in your initial enquiry the better!

When you are making contact

I require a deposit for ALL encounters.
This is non negotiable.
For all outcall bookings I require a $200 deposit.
For all tour bookings and bookings where I am hosting in Brisbane I require a $200 deposit.
For incall arrangements of 1.5 hours or longer where I am organising a hotel I require a $500 deposit.
For bookings where I am travelling to your location in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay and Toowoomba I require a $500 deposit.

Deposits can be paid via:
• Beem It @avajadeparker
• Commonwealth bank smart ATM deposit
• Osko Bank transfer or Pay ID directly to my Commonwealth business account
• Prezzee gift card
• For international suitors I can use Wise, Prezze or direct bank transfer

Deposit funds must clear prior to the booking commencing.
Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred towards a future booking, unless it is a deposit for a tour. If you have paid a deposit and I have to cancel a tour, then I will refund your deposit in full. If for any reason I need to cancel our appointment, I will refund the deposit in full.

The remaining balance can be paid via:
• Cash
• Beem It
• Osko bank transfer or Pay ID

Cash in an unsealed envelope is preffered.
For bank transfers, funds must clear prior to the booking commencing.
Remaining balance to be paid upon arrival.

Deposits & Payment

All cancellations on bookings require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
In the event that you cancel a booking and give less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited to remain on good standing for any future arrangements.
In all other cases we will endeavour to reschedule the booking to a later date for which the deposit can be transferred to.
Cancellation deposits for tours are not able to be transferred.

Cancellations

A first impression is lasting and etiquette goes a long way to ensure we have an enjoyable time together!

During/after our time together:
• Arrive to the incall location discreetly, on time and follow any instructions given
• Please make payment for the remaining total of the booking when you first arrive
• Be respectful, any continued boundary pushing will result in termination of the booking
• When leaving please be discreet and considerate of any other hotel guests
• If you would like to leave a review you can do so through emailing or texting me personally or through one of my advertising platforms. Please remember to keep it respectful!

Hygiene
• You will be required to shower at the beginning of the booking, please ensure you thoroughly clean yourself with body wash and use the mouthwash provided
• If we are doing any anal related services on you (anal play, rimming, pegging) I will only partake in those services if you have exceptional hygiene and have little to no hair in that region. It is also advised to douche prior to arriving
• BBBJ services will always require a visual health screen prior to me agreeing to partake

    I have a Wishlist here with lots of different ideas, both naughty and nice if you would like to spoil me.

  • I am available to visit upscale residential apartments within the CBD.
    I will require valid photo identification and a deposit.

  • I do an updated photo shoot at least once to twice a year to represent myself accurately. I have various social media platforms where I am posting real time selfies so you can see me outside of a professional gallery in my day to day life. I also have Onlyfans which is the most authentic way to see literally all of me before booking time together. My digital services are another great way to get the feel of who I am before meeting in person.

  • Choose your type of service, contact me to arrange a time/date/any requests.
    On the day I will require the payment to be made in full via beem it, Pay ID or prezzee gift card. Once the payment has cleared we are then all good to start! I generally use snapchat, whatsapp, FaceTime or text for our fun, depending on what service we are doing.
